The Kick-Off Mentorship: 2000 RMB, one-day, one-on-one or groups

You’ve covered all the basics of functional training but still have questions about how to best apply your knowledge? Kick off the next stage of a successful career with this one-day opportunity to solidify your practical application of basic functional training systems with a progressive understanding of the training approach used at IHP – the 4 Pillars of Human Movement. This is followed by the chance to shadow a training session chosen to cover your specific client population and areas of interest. The one-day mentorship culminates with a review, and targeted question and answer session.

Inside Track Mentorship: 5,000 RMB, three-day, one-on-one or groups

This intensive, three-day mentorship is an opportunity to further ground understanding of functional training techniques with a comprehensive mastery of all aspects of building results-driven programs and a successful client-oriented business. Over three days you will work and learn side-by-side with JC and Ruben to immerse yourself in IHP’s culture and systems, as an inside member of the IHP Asia team.

DAY 1: Solidify your practical application of basic functional training systems with a progressive understanding of the training approach used at IHP—the 4 Pillars of Human Movement. This is followed by the chance to shadow a training session chosen to cover your specific client population and areas of interest. Day 1 culminates with a review, and targeted question and answer session.

DAY 2: Learn how to successfully promote and manage your practice with a focus on business development and marketing. Discuss tactics and steps to build a client base, increase referrals, determine rates, maintain records and stand out from the competition. This is followed by an opportunity to shadow a training session with a focus on enhancing group and multiple client scenarios.

DAY 3: Gain insight to boost your results with more effective programming. Day 3 offers a 360ᵒ view of the elements that go into building a world-class client program including an hour-long shadow session, hour-long workout and hour covering nutrition and supplementation. This is followed by an in-depth, final question and answer session driven by your interests, professional requirements and situation.
